Job 20:6-11
New International Version
6 Though the pride(A) of the godless person reaches to the heavens(B)
and his head touches the clouds,(C)
7 he will perish forever,(D) like his own dung;
those who have seen him will say, ‘Where is he?’(E)
8 Like a dream(F) he flies away,(G) no more to be found,
banished(H) like a vision of the night.(I)
9 The eye that saw him will not see him again;
his place will look on him no more.(J)
10 His children(K) must make amends to the poor;
his own hands must give back his wealth.(L)
11 The youthful vigor(M) that fills his bones(N)
will lie with him in the dust.(O)
